Gabriella holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the Federal University of Uberlândia, with a focus on Economic Development and a specialization in Public Management. Gabriella has been working with the Federal Savings Bank (Caixa) since 2009, and she is currently an executive manager in the banking operations. She has devoted the last five years to the bank's digital transformation as a source of credit democratization. During the pandemic, 105 million digital social bank accounts were created, facilitating the inclusion of 38 million Brazilians who had previously been excluded from the banking system. Gabriella is passionate about people and believes that the way we think about trivial things can change lives.
